About The Position

This is a short-term seasonal role installing holiday lighting at customers’ homes and businesses. Each day, you’ll meet with the team to review the plan, travel in a provided Shine vehicle to customer locations, and perform services based on each customer’s needs. You may meet with customers to ensure the work is meeting their expectations. At the end of the day, you’ll return to the Shine office to recap the day. New employees start immediately, and the role is needed through mid-December.

Paid training is provided, including for candidates without prior experience. Shine provides uniforms, equipment, and vehicles. Starting pay is $15–$20 per hour, based on applicable experience, with potential commissions and bonuses.

Requirements

• Must like working with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of electrical work is a plus.
