About The Position

The Seasonal Holiday Lighting Installer works as part of a team serving customers at homes and businesses. Each day, the team reviews the plan, travels in a company-provided Shine vehicle to customer locations, and performs holiday lighting services based on each customer's needs. The installer may also meet with customers to confirm that the work meets their expectations, then returns to the Shine office to recap the day. This is a short-term seasonal role; employees start immediately, and the role is needed through mid-December.

No prior experience is required because paid training is provided. The role involves outdoor work, working at heights, and lifting and carrying ladders weighing up to 75 pounds. Company uniforms, equipment, and vehicles are provided.

Requirements

• Must like working with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of electrical work is a plus.
• Prior window-cleaning or related experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong character, work ethic, and a drive to do one's best are sought.

Responsibilities

• Travel with the team in a Shine-provided vehicle to customers' homes or businesses.
• Perform holiday lighting services according to each customer's needs.
• Meet with customers as needed to ensure their expectations are being met.
• Return to the Shine office at the end of the day to recap the day's work.
