Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clear and valid driver's license.
- EPA Type 1 and 2 certifications.
- TDLR technician registration.
- 2 years of Commercial HVAC experience.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC Trade School degree.
- OSHA 10 Hour training.
- Experience in other trades.
Responsibilities
- Install all types of HVAC equipment, including replacements, remodels, and new installations in commercial or industrial settings.
- Install and modify duct systems, piping systems, control wiring, and other HVAC-related components.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects without direct supervision.
- Communicate and collaborate with customers and other construction trades.
- Receive and complete work orders, maintaining accurate electronic records of material and labor usage.
- Inspect completed jobs and ensure the work area is clean.
- Maintain inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain refrigerant usage records to comply with federal requirements.
- Travel and work within and outside the DFW area as required, with per diem provided for overnight stays outside the DFW area.
