Commercial Signage Installer
About The Position
Innovative Environments is seeking an experienced Lead Installer of Commercial Signage to supervise on-site installation crews, ensuring crew safety, installation quality, world-class service, and effective communication with all parties. The role also involves physically installing ADA signage, and the candidate must be able to travel out of state. The Lead Installer reviews sign packages with the Project Manager, evaluates schedules and labor needs, determines required equipment and tools, coordinates crew and product transportation with the shipping team as needed, and ensures applicable City ADA sign codes have been researched and provided. The position also includes installation administration, reporting, client and project communication, Fieldwire updates, and sign assembly assistance.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation crew on-site, ensuring crew safety and quality of installation.
- Provide world-class service and communicate effectively with all parties.
- Physically install ADA signage.
- Meet with the Project Manager to review the complete sign package.
- Estimate the time needed to complete an installation.
- Determine the labor needed for installation.
- Determine the equipment and tools needed for installation.
- Coordinate transportation for the crew and signs or products, including with the shipping team as needed.
- Ensure City code requirements for ADA signs have been researched and provided.
- Enter information in the End of Install Report daily and at installation completion.
- Keep Project Managers and clients updated in real time about installation issues.
- Enter updates and information into Fieldwire daily.
- Assist with sign assembly.
