About The Position

K & B Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring Commercial Door Technicians and Installers in Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas. The role involves installing and repairing commercial doors and related products. Candidates with experience in commercial doors, roll-up or high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment, or similar commercial construction trades are encouraged to apply. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot, work without supervision, pay close attention to detail, and hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds overhead.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Able to troubleshoot, work without supervision, and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record check (if applicable) is required before hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial doors, including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, or dock equipment.
• Experience in a similar skilled trade in the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Repair and install a range of commercial doors and dock hardware, including rolling steel doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors, dock levelers, and related equipment.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
• Work in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
