About The Position
R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated Commercial Installer to install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems to high standards. The role works closely with project management to support timely project completion, follows safety regulations, and provides exceptional customer service. The position is on a 4/10 schedule. R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is a local, family-owned business that has served its community for over 40 years. Requirements
- Valid EPA Certification.
- Gas Mech 1.
- Washington electrical and Idaho trainee card.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, focused on commercial projects.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Gas piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience.
- Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings.
- Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan.
- Knowledge of Procore.
