About The Position

Delorie Countertops & Doors is hiring a dependable helper for its installation team in Pompano Beach, Florida. The helper will work alongside an experienced Lead Installer and receive paid on-the-job training to learn how to install custom countertops. The role is suited to someone seeking to develop a trade, including people with backgrounds in labor, landscaping, moving, or warehouse work. The position is full-time, year-round, Monday through Friday, with a path to advance to Installer and then Lead Installer.

Requirements

• Be dependable and show up on time every day.
• Be willing to learn and follow directions.
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stay on your feet all day.

Nice To Haves

• A driver’s license is preferred.
• Hands-on experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help install countertops in homes and businesses.
• Load, carry, and set materials.
• Help measure, level, and secure countertops.
• Protect customers’ homes and keep the job site clean.
