Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. This role involves meeting and greeting guests, offering seating choices, escorting them to their dining table, and presenting menus. The Host will also maintain a logbook for inter-shift communication, ensure the dining room is properly set up, assist with service as needed, and manage reservations and special functions. Adherence to HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines and safe work practices, including the use of protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards, is also required. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
