We are seeking a DoD IT professional to provide comprehensive information technology helpdesk support for the North Carolina Army National Guard (NCARNG) G1 Medical Branch. This position serves as the primary IT support resource for all G1 Medical Branch personnel, resolving network, hardware, and software issues on a daily basis and managing IPPS-A CRM ticket workflow. The ideal candidate will hold a current DoD 8570.01-M baseline IT certification at time of contract award, have hands-on experience supporting DoD network environments, and be comfortable working independently to resolve a wide variety of IT issues in a mission-critical setting. Telework is not authorized.
