About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) is seeking an experienced Program Manager for an upcoming federal healthcare opportunity supporting military healthcare operations nationwide. This leadership role will oversee complex healthcare programs involving clinical quality management, credentialing and privileging, healthcare compliance, operational performance, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing healthcare or government contracts, leading multidisciplinary teams, and serving as a trusted partner to federal clients. Spectrum Healthcare Resources is a recognized leader in federal healthcare services, supporting military treatment facilities and government agencies across the country. The organization is mission-driven and dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare support to those who serve the nation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 8 years of program or project management experience.
- Strong leadership, customer relationship, and operational management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree preferred.
- Credentialing and privileging experience preferred.
- Experience supporting federal healthcare, Department of Defense, Military Health System, Veterans Affairs, or other government programs preferred.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Healthcare operations experience is highly desirable.
