About The Position

Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) is seeking an experienced Program Manager for an upcoming federal healthcare opportunity supporting military healthcare operations nationwide. This leadership role will oversee complex healthcare programs involving clinical quality management, credentialing and privileging, healthcare compliance, operational performance, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing healthcare or government contracts, leading multidisciplinary teams, and serving as a trusted partner to federal clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 8 years of program or project management experience.
• Strong leadership, customer relationship, and operational management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• Credentialing and privileging experience preferred.
• Experience supporting federal healthcare, Department of Defense, Military Health System, Veterans Affairs, or other government programs preferred.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Healthcare operations experience is highly desirable.
