About The Position
Tobacco Road Golf Club (The Matchbox), located in Sanford, North Carolina, is hiring a part-time Greenskeeper. The role supports a positive experience for members and guests while providing an opportunity to grow knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, the Greenskeeper contributes to a global golf and community management company. Compensation is $16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Blow greens, tees, and paths daily.
- Perform daily course setup, including moving hole locations.
- Brush greens weekly.
- Remove weeds.
- Hand-rake bunkers.
- Weed-eat pond banks as needed.
