About The Position

Edgewater Golf Club in Lancaster, South Carolina, is hiring a part-time Greenskeeper. The role supports golf course maintenance and setup at a hospitality-focused property. The Greenskeeper performs landscape and course-detail work, operates handheld equipment, small machinery, and utility vehicles, and follows safe work practices. The position requires one month of related experience or training and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment.
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
• Operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Perform golf course detail tasks, including weed and debris cleanup.
• Assist with golf course setup procedures.
• Operate utility vehicles to haul material and remove debris.
• Perform skilled duties related to experience, such as pruning and plugging.
• Operate equipment safely and remain aware of associates and their work areas.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
