The Greenskeeper/Golf Course Technician maintains optimal golf course conditions by completing golf course maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor. Duties include operating equipment used in daily course maintenance, cutting cups, raking bunkers, watering, planting, moving tee locations, and applying fertilizer and chemicals. Golf carts and utility vehicles may also be used. Golf Course Technicians report to the Superintendent and may also report to the Foreman. The role also supports guest service, safety, teamwork, and Sensei’s values. Because the resort has a limited number of guests, the Greenskeeper may assist teams across departments to help ensure a seamless guest experience. The position requires completing required training and certifications, maintaining guest confidentiality, and promptly reporting equipment faults, supply or maintenance needs, hazards, injuries, and other concerns.
