About The Position
Wente Family Vineyards is hosting a Job Fair to hire Part-Time Seasonal Team Members for various roles from May to October, as well as an experienced and passionate Full-Time Tasting Room Manager. The job fair will take place on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Wente Family Vineyards Events Center in Livermore. Candidates are encouraged to apply online for specific roles and then attend the job fair for on-site interviews. For Culinary and Server positions, attending the job fair is the primary application method. The company emphasizes a fun, upbeat winery environment with great team and guest interactions, a seasonal schedule with few late nights, and opportunities for learning and growth.
Requirements
- Experienced and passionate (for Full-Time Tasting Room Manager role)
- Personality, passion, and love for people (general requirement for all roles)
Responsibilities
- Share stories, pour tastings, and create memorable experiences (Wine Sales Ambassadors)
- Keep energy flowing behind the scenes (Tasting Room Helpers)
- Be the welcoming face as guests arrive (Host / Concierge)
- Work in culinary, focusing on flavor, heat, and a well-timed garnish (Culinary)
- Serve guests (Food Servers)
- Provide golf cart attendant and outside services (Golf Cart Attendant Outside Services)
- Help golfers have their best round yet (Golf Players Assistants)
- Work in the retail golf pro shop (Retail Golf Associates)
