Requirements

• Ability to operate machinery.
• Knowledge and execution of safe driving principles and practices.
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and respond to customer needs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods, sit, bend, use hands to handle or feel objects, and talk or hear.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, including lifting overhead, pushing or pulling, and moving heavy objects.
• Ability to work outdoors in temperatures over 90 degrees and below 40 degrees, near moving mechanical parts and fumes or toxic or caustic chemicals, and in a frequently loud work environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily opening or closing procedures.
• Hand-pick certain areas of the short game area.
• Tour the cart staging area, bag drop, and driving range several times an hour to ensure they are operating properly.
• Keep golf carts organized and clean, including stocking pencils, scorecards, tees, and other supplies.
• Check golf carts for damage and wash them daily.
• Operate the daily range-ball recovery process using mechanical and hand machinery and equipment.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional with cart staging during tournament operations.
