About The Position
The Golf Course Cart Barn/Bag Room Supervisor manages daily outside operations at Hollybrook Golf and Tennis Club in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The role helps ensure members and guests receive high-level customer service, clean equipment, and smooth cart and bag staging before and after their rounds. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the golf cart fleet, ensuring carts are fueled or charged, and keeping supplies stocked. The position requires a professional presentation, strong customer service, and the ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and overtime as required. This is a full-time position paying $16.50 per hour. The typical schedule is daytime, with weekday and weekend availability needed. The role is physically active and involves standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending and reaching, and regularly handling objects up to 50 pounds. Work may take place outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma.

- Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks.
- Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, dust, noise, and outdoor settings.
- Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, on-call, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome players.
- Stage carts in the proper area and prepare them for arriving players.
- Detail staged carts in the morning as needed.
- Remain attentive and ready to assist members and guests at bag drop.
- Remove golf bags from vehicles or the storage room and load them onto carts.
- Wash range balls and towels daily.
- Remove bags from carts and return them to the member’s or guest’s vehicle or to the storage area.
- Return carts to storage, removing towels, pencils, score cards, tees, trash, and other items, and reusing appropriate items.
- Wash and detail carts before parking them for overnight charging.
- Plug carts in properly for overnight charging.
