About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Golf Cart Attendant to help guests enjoy their golf experience. The attendant greets guests, sets up their golf bags on carts, and assists with requests while working closely with other team members. The role offers an opportunity to learn and grow at a world-class property.

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of the property and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly when they arrive and when they finish their round.
• Promptly load and unload golfers’ bags from the Bag Drop, Bag room, and Guest Services area; guests should not carry their own bags.
• Clean golf clubs after rounds or practice.
• Keep the Staging Area stocked with carts.
• Maintain the Practice Range.
• Follow Professional Staff instructions during outings and tournaments.
• Keep the work area neat and clean.
