The supervisor will forecast staff, equipment, and supply requirements based on the menu, follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program, and ensure safe work habits, protective safety equipment use, and compliance with MSDS and OSHA standards. Maintaining positive relationships with vendors and ensuring overall guest satisfaction are also crucial aspects of this position.
