About The Position

The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage supports the F&B Director in overseeing the hotel’s food and beverage operations. The role focuses on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. It also leads efforts to improve guest satisfaction, contribute to revenue growth, develop the team, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing Food and Beverage operations, including guest service, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the F&B Director and Culinary team to develop creative menus and food and beverage marketing strategies.
• Support team engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
