About The Position

The Food and Beverage Outlets Manager oversees daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets at New York Hilton Midtown. The role ensures high standards of quality and service, supports guest satisfaction initiatives, and applies marketing and operational strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The manager also oversees department administration and planning, implements cost controls, and supervises, coaches, and develops team members. The position maintains compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring quality, service, and marketing strategies support profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Oversee Food & Beverage department administration and planning to support smooth daily operations.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
