About The Position
The Food and Beverage Outlets Manager oversees the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. The role leads and supports the food and beverage team, manages budgets, streamlines processes, and upholds brand standards to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence. A key focus is the hotel's Starbucks, with responsibility for seamless operations and guest experiences. The position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager. Hotel experience is a plus; applicants should have a combination of education and experience.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Warm, professional demeanor reflecting HVMG’s Culture of Excellence, including a friendly personality and positive attitude.
- A combination of education and experience.
