Food and Beverage Outlets Manager
About The Position
The Food and Beverage Outlets Manager oversees the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. The manager leads and supports the F&B team, manages budgets, streamlines processes, and upholds brand standards to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The role includes responsibility for the hotel’s Starbucks operations. Hotel experience is a plus. Candidates should have a combination of education and experience, be eligible to work in the United States, and have sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs. The role requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations, and availability for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. A warm, professional demeanor and positive attitude reflecting HVMG’s Culture of Excellence are expected.
Requirements
