About The Position

The Dishwasher helps maintain clean kitchen and dining areas and supports memorable guest experiences through hospitality. The role cleans serviceware and cookware, monitors and organizes supplies and equipment, maintains kitchen cleanliness, prepares serviceware for banquets and functions, assists in training new stewards, and follows applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; and burnish silver.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized.
• Perform kitchen cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor new stewards.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
