About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team-oriented, dynamic retail environment. The manager is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by managing and inspiring the team and ensuring customers receive tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The Store Manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
