About The Position

The ERP Systems Administrator ensures the reliable performance of ERP systems for Wyld. They will maintain the software and ensure it is producing efficient results for the business. This includes monitoring system performance, implementing software upgrades, and troubleshooting issues that arise. This individual will be responsible for all day-to-day tasks and support relating to the ERP. The ERP Systems Administrator may also work on projects designed to identify security and efficiency issues and develop solutions to those issues. The ERP Administrator will also act as a liaison between functional process owners and any technical resources such as external developers or IT network specialists. Occasionally, they are also responsible for training staff in using this software. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • Experience with Sage Intacct is required
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in ERP systems and/or administration
  • Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvements
  • Demonstrated successful transition and implementation of workflows and policies
  • Experience transforming data into executive-level dashboards and reports that can be utilized to make business decisions
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Hands-on experience with the following technology stack: Windows, Microsoft Office, Slack, Sage Intacct, Power BI, Wherefour, Salesforce, Shopify eCommerce
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to processes to develop, recommend and implement strategies and programs that address company objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Not afraid to take ownership; demonstrates a growth mindset
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
  • Exceptional team player attitude, unafraid of rolling up the sleeves when necessary
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet, and problem solve effectively
  • Possess mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and work management systems such as Slack, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to travel occasionally between Company buildings or work sites, as needed.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by applicable state regulations.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, where permitted by law.
  • Must obtain and maintain all licenses, permits, certifications, or registrations required by applicable federal, state, provincial, or local laws and regulations.
  • Compliance with all company safety, sanitation, quality, and food safety policies is required at all times.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

  • Strong manufacturing environment knowledge is preferred
  • ServSafe Certification or Food Handler's Card is preferred, where applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users in all aspects of ERP system use
  • Develop, recommend and implement strategies and programs that address company objectives
  • Provides functional and technical support for the ERP and related system-environments; monitor the system daily and respond in a timely manner to security, usability concerns and resolve help desk requests
  • Manage the configuration and operation of a web-based ERP platform; provide technical support for the ERP and software issues
  • Identify, gather and document requirements from users and stakeholders to customize and propose technical solutions that meet Wyld sales processes
  • Assist integration of Salesforce with the ERP and maintain communication between the two
  • Work with the Business Systems team and external vendors to achieve company goals
  • Work closely with the ERP provider/vendor to test and implement development changes
  • Work with other IT stakeholders to ensure overall ERP and related systems health and data protection, own and upkeep systematic plans for backup, recovery and business continuity actions
  • Co-Lead ERP related projects, diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize system performance
  • Work with other IT staff to integrate ERP systems or its DB with other key Applications for data reporting
  • Ensure ERP systems and related subsystems meet security and audit requirements
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs
