The role spans the AX application, Application Object Server (AOS), SQL Server database, Citrix-published application environment, integrations, reporting, user access, and business operations. The administrator will troubleshoot production issues, administer environments and security, coordinate releases, protect data integrity, and partner with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors. The role also supports security controls, technical documentation, disaster-recovery readiness, and future ERP modernization planning. The position administers production, test, development, and disaster-recovery environments; maintains AOS services, configurations, client connectivity, service accounts, and related Windows services; and monitors and troubleshoots performance, sessions, batch jobs, alerts, workflows, integrations, errors, and availability. It includes AX and SQL Server performance analysis, user and access administration, Citrix access support, SQL Server database administration, and development of SQL queries, stored procedures, scripts, views, and data extracts. The administrator supports AX data imports, exports, migration, reconciliation, master-data validation, integrations, and customizations. The role coordinates releases and deployments across development, test, UAT, and production; manages environment refreshes, restores, configuration changes, and release validation; maintains technical documentation; and coordinates patching, vulnerability remediation, backup operations, disaster-recovery exercises, and recovery validation with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams. Direct SQL changes to AX transactional data must not be made without approved, documented, and controlled methods. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
