About The Position

We are seeking a Structural Engineer (PE/PEng) to support the analysis and design of steel and concrete structures across industrial and commercial projects. This role involves independent design work, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis required)
  • Professional Engineer (PE/PEng) license required
  • 4+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Experience with U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)
  • Experience with structural analysis tools, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
  • Experience designing steel and concrete structures
  • Must be located in the Northwest U.S. (AK, ID, MT, OR, WA, WY) or Canada
  • Must be authorized to work (no visa sponsorship available)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
  • Experience in industrial or semiconductor facilities
  • Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior staff

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete systems
  • Apply U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC), including seismic design
  • Develop design concepts and support construction documentation
  • Review calculations and ensure quality and accuracy of work
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines
  • Support project delivery, scheduling, and scope management
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers and support team development
