About The Position
At Harrah’s & Tropicana Laughlin, the Engineering Team is responsible for keeping the property running smoothly, ensuring comfort, safety, and reliability for every guest and team member. The company values craftsmanship, teamwork, and exceptional service. This role is for a skilled, reliable Engineer I to support the maintenance and operation of major fixed-asset equipment throughout the property. The position is essential for ensuring the facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational, offering an opportunity to grow within the Caesars Entertainment family for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work and take pride in maintaining systems.
