About The Position

The Engineer I works with the hotel’s Engineering team to help maintain hotel rooms and the property. The role includes preventive maintenance, general maintenance, routine and major repairs, and completing work orders in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards. The position uses hand and power tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery. The successful candidate takes pride in delivering quality work and helping ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in general hotel, apartment, or building maintenance.
  • Experience that includes painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers, and mechanical systems.
  • Enjoy working with people and take pride in guest satisfaction and quality work.

  • Relevant certifications.
