About The Position
IntelliChoice Home Care is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). This is a great opportunity to provide 1:1 hands-on care in home and community settings. The role involves assisting clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and comfort, while also empowering them by teaching and reinforcing life-changing skills. IntelliChoice Home Care has been providing care for 17 years and is a small, family-owned company that values compassion, transparency, and support for its employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcript/Degree
- Current CPR certification (no online classes)
- TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- A heart for making a difference and a commitment to compassionate care
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 hands-on care in a home setting and in the community
- Helping with daily living tasks, personal care, and comfort
- Being a calm, dependable presence
- Following care plans without being micromanaged
- Empower clients by teaching and reinforcing life-changing skills
- Be a trusted partner in helping individuals achieve greater independence and a brighter future
