About The Position

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP I & II) for its Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH) in Apple Valley, California. The role provides direct care and individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities, promoting independence, personal growth, and overall well-being through meaningful daily interactions and activities. The position is full-time, with AM and PM shifts available, and pays $17.50–$19.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Current CPR/First Aid, CPI, and DSP I & II certifications.
Obtain RBT certification within six months of hire; training and accelerated certification support are provided.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized support services in accordance with Individual Program Plans (IPPs).
Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Promote independence and positive behaviors through structured activities such as walking, reading, games, and educational projects.
Provide transportation using company vehicles, as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, respectful, and supportive home environment.
