About The Position
The Data Entry Clerk supports the Quality Assurance department at the Honolulu location by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems to ensure reliable records and smooth departmental operations. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is fully onsite. The position pays $20.00–$21.00 per hour. The anticipated application deadline is November 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated systems, databases, and spreadsheets to support Quality Assurance activities.
- Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy before and after data entry.
- Update existing records and files to reflect current and correct information.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Follow established data entry procedures and Quality Assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and support departmental tasks.
- Handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
- Identify and report data inconsistencies, errors, or issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
