About The Position
Clear Lakes Dental is seeking a creative, organized, and driven marketer to lead their in-house marketing efforts at their headquarters in Little Canada. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing the direct impact of their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment where ideas are encouraged. The position offers variety, including launching ad campaigns, analyzing data, designing materials, filming videos, building landing pages, and brainstorming initiatives with leadership. The company is one of Minnesota's fastest-growing dental organizations, focused on exceptional patient care and creating opportunities for its team members.

- Five or more years of relevant marketing experience is preferred.
- Experience with Google Ads

- Experience with Microsoft Clarity
- Experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred)

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor conversions, cost per lead, and campaign performance
- Build and improve landing pages
- Analyze website traffic and marketing analytics
- Improve SEO across multiple websites
- Maintain and update WordPress websites
- Create new landing pages
- Update clinic information, provider bios, and marketing content
- Monitor website performance, forms, and user experience
- Design flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials in Canva
- Create recruitment marketing campaigns
- Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns
- Develop educational marketing content
- Create AI-generated videos using modern marketing tools
- Build direct mail campaigns for dentist recruitment
- Manage incoming dentist leads
- Coordinate follow up campaigns through email, phone, and text
- Maintain CRM pipelines and marketing automations
- Track campaign performance
- Review CallRail recordings and marketing data
- Analyze Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and visitor behavior
- Present monthly marketing reports and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI
- Support new clinic openings
- Assist franchise marketing initiatives
- Create marketing assets for multiple departments
- Help develop new marketing strategies as the company continues to grow
