About The Position

Mayvin is seeking an Intelligence Data Analyst to support its U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) contract in the Prisoner Operations Division (POD). The position reviews and analyzes data and information from multiple sources, including intelligence systems, federal, state, and local law enforcement, and publicly available data. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to undergo and pass a background investigation. The role supports criminal investigation cases by analyzing information, preparing reports and case documents, and assisting senior intelligence analysts or investigators with case-file materials. Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 3 years of specialized experience in the described duties.
Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluation methods and techniques.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree.
Prior experience supporting law enforcement.

Responsibilities

Prepare reports and presentations related to database information.
Assist a Senior Intelligence Analyst or Investigator in obtaining and collecting documents and information needed to complete case files.
Plan and conduct quantitative and qualitative studies, analyses, assessments, and evaluations related to criminal investigation cases.
Review data for completeness of information and proper execution.
Extract data from other investigative agencies and databases.
Prepare documents relevant to case documentation.
Recommend and assist with new concepts, guides, methodologies, and policies.
