About The Position
Compass Group, the world's leading contract foodservice company, has a Great Opportunity for career development and growth here at its North America headquarters in Charlotte, NC as an Accounts Payable Audit Team Data Analyst. The primary role is providing accounts payable financial support to our field operations and vendors while maintaining top notch customer service.
Requirements
- Two-year degree; Accounting preferred
- 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word skills required
- Detail oriented
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
- Must be a quick learner and self-motivated
Nice To Haves
- SAP experience is desired
Responsibilities
- Use SAP and data provided from Xtrack to identify and research potential payment concerns
- Communicate with vendors on duplicate or incorrect vendor payment issues (both written and oral)
- Process invoices and credit memos in SAP
- Process reversing entries in SAP when necessary
- Prepare analysis of vendor accounts when necessary
- Procedure documentation and compliance
- Prepare reconciliations where necessary
