About The Position

As a Cyber Data Analyst at Booz Allen, you will transform complex structured and unstructured data into meaningful insights that support criminal and national security investigations. In a client-facing role on the Civilian Agencies team, you will work with clients to understand their questions and needs, analyze data-rich environments, explain findings, and advise on how information can support cyber investigations and operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience performing analysis on data from a variety of sources to prepare analytical reports, data summaries, and responses to inquiries.
• Experience drafting clear, concise reports on complex data analyses.
• Experience briefing technical findings to various stakeholders.
• Experience managing the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of large data sets.
• Experience implementing automation in processing, presenting, or manipulating data.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data aggregation and ETL tools such as Splunk or Cribl.
• Experience with network traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark, Zeek, and Arkime.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or shell scripting.
