About The Position

As a Cyber Data Analyst on Booz Allen’s Civilian Agencies team, you will work with clients to understand their questions and needs, analyze data-rich environments, and identify information that supports cyber investigations and operations. You will explain what the data means and how it can inform client decisions and mission outcomes, including criminal and national security investigations. The position is based in Chantilly, Virginia and is not listed as remote.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience analyzing data from a variety of sources to prepare analytical reports, data summaries, and responses to inquiries.
Experience drafting clear, concise reports on complex data analyses.
Experience briefing technical findings to various stakeholders.
Experience managing the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of large data sets.
Experience implementing automation in processing, presenting, or manipulating data.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

Experience with data aggregation and ETL tools such as Splunk or Cribl.
Experience with network traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark, Zeek, and Arkime.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or shell scripting.
