About The Position

Requirements

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in person and on the phone.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service.
• Communicate with customers in person and by phone.
• Listen to customers and multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
• Support sales and operations team members by advocating for customers' concerns and requests.
• Assist customers with delivery scheduling and payments, and address their questions and concerns.
