About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a computer-oriented environment
• Able to become immediately certified to utilize a scissor lift to perform daily duties
• Must be self-directed in order to meet the requirements of the position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business writing skills required
• Highly organized and deadline-driven with the ability to prioritize
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

• Prior inventory or material analyst experience strongly preferred
• Experience in manufacturing environment with progressing responsibilities preferred
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Daily Cycle Counts
• Coordinate with receiving function to assure proper receipt of materials
• Conduct Inventory Reconciliation’s as needed
• Prepare production reports and assist with month-end inventories as required
• Process MDR’s and follow-up on obsolescence after co-coordinating phase outs with Milwaukee Production Control
• Maintain Battery Bill of Materials with current requirements
• Handle process changes from Milwaukee and distributes information to plant personnel
• Cross train in department to provide backup or additional support
• Perform other duties as assigned
