About The Position
Silver Springs Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care to residents in its skilled nursing facility in Meriden, Connecticut. The organization describes the opportunity as a chance to support underserved residents, including people with behavioral health and substance use issues, while developing specialized skills in a positive work environment. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions are available across all shifts. The posting advertises pay of $21.22 per hour and up to $64,533 in projected total annual compensation, based on current CNAs’ average earnings and including overtime and other paid wages. Requirements
- State of Connecticut CNA certification.
- Proficiency in English.
- Primary-series COVID-19 vaccination; booster shots are not required. Religious and medical exemptions are available.
