About The Position
The Plant IV Curing Ice Cleaner Setup Tech II will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of a robotic dry ice cleaning machine, working either independently or as part of a team. This role is accountable for product safety and the quality of work, adhering to all elements defined in the Company’s Quality Policy. The position requires the ability to follow instructions, operate ice machines, and possess good communication skills and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination are essential for operating cleaning machines and handling parts. The technician will inspect parts after blasting to ensure cleanliness and identify any parts that require re-blasting. Additionally, the role involves operating Tire Presses, maintaining a safe and clean workspace before and after each shift, and strictly following established safety rules, regulations, and ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.
- Must be able to pay attention to small details
- Good hand-eye coordination for the operation of cleaning machines and parts
- Able to detect defective parts
- Comprehensive training provided for various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery.
