About The Position

4M Building Solutions is hiring General Cleaners for full-time and part-time positions. Team members are trained in the company’s cleaning and disinfecting practices and use green-sealed certified supplies and equipment. The role involves cleaning and maintaining facilities, providing courteous and reliable service, and reporting maintenance issues observed while working. Duties may vary. The listed hourly pay rate is $16.50. The standard shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; hours vary for part-time and floater positions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Some janitorial experience is required; training in the company’s practices is provided.
Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
Must comply with safety guidelines.
Must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with the position and OSHA requirements.
Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Use trained cleaning and disinfecting practices with green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
Provide friendly, reliable, courteous, and resourceful service as a representative of 4M.
Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
Remove trash.
Replenish towels, soap, and toilet paper.
Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips noticed while working.
