About The Position
Marsden Central, L.L.C. is seeking a Part-Time/Evening Cleaner for a manufacturing facility in Duluth, MN. This facility operates 24/7 and requires a high level of cleanliness to meet FDA requirements. The role involves cleaning restrooms, break rooms, control rooms, entrances, locker/shower rooms, hallways, stairwells, and office spaces. The job requires significant walking and stair climbing, as well as sweeping and mopping. The environment can be hot and humid. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to interact with staff. Safety training is mandatory before working independently, typically scheduled between 10 am and 12 pm for 30-60 minutes. Hours are flexible, with shifts starting after 2 pm, lasting 3 hours.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
- Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
