Responsibilities

• Maintain floor care standards, including operating and maintaining the scrubber and buffer.
• Clean and organize store areas, including the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot-cleaning glass and windows.
• Follow company health and safety policies, including replenishing essential items in the lounge, restrooms, and front end.
• Cross-train and work in other store areas, such as the backroom, front end, and sales floor.
• Support and respond to front-end coverage needs.
• Follow merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls, including shrink-reduction guidelines.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Follow labor laws and company policies and procedures, including meal and break policies.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Role-model customer experience practices and support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
