High Rise Window Cleaner (SPRAT Certified)
About The Position
EBS, a 4M Company, is seeking a skilled and reliable High Rise Window Cleaner to join their growing team in Tampa, FL. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $25/hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The role involves performing exterior window cleaning on high-rise buildings using rope descent systems and other approved methods, conducting sealing and caulking work to maintain building exteriors, and performing pressure washing services. The position also includes assisting with or operating drone-based window cleaning systems, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures, and communicating effectively with team leads and clients. 4M Building Solutions, founded in 1978, is a janitorial, housekeeping, cleaning, and disinfecting services company headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., supported by 8,000 associates and operating in 30+ states across the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeastern United States.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high rise window cleaning
- SPRAT Level I certification
- Proven ability to caulk, seal, and pressure wash
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable working at extreme heights
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Experience operating drones or willingness to be trained
Nice To Haves
- SPRAT Level II or III preferred
- Ability to obtain or currently hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior window cleaning on high-rise buildings using rope descent systems and other approved methods
- Conduct sealing and caulking work to maintain the integrity of building exteriors
- Perform pressure washing services as needed on various surfaces
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and standards
- Conduct pre- and post-job equipment checks and ensure proper use and maintenance
- Communicate effectively with team leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and site readiness
- Assist with or operate drone-based window cleaning systems on applicable job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines related to drone operation
- Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure proper handling and maintenance of drone equipment
- Collaborate with team members to integrate drone technology into cleaning processes
