Requirements

• 1–2 years of janitorial experience.
• 1–2 years of professional window-washing experience.
• Experience operating scissor lifts and other cleaning machines.
• Provide proof of lift certification if applicable.
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate operational changes that may require shift adjustments.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Be able to remain on your feet and physically active throughout the shift.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Be comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial equipment.
• Have knowledge of window-cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash, scrub, and squeegee windows and clean glass, frames, tracks, and sills.
• Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, or other access equipment while following safety guidelines and regulations.
• Operate and maintain window-washing equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, extension poles, and water-fed poles.
• Deliver streak-free results and detail edges and corners with lint-free cloths.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with clients and team members to complete services on time.
• Inspect cleaned windows and perform touch-ups as needed to meet quality standards.
• Interact professionally with clients and occupants and respond courteously to questions or concerns.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
