About The Position
We’re looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to help keep our clinic running smoothly while delivering a great experience for our patients. In this role, you’ll support both our physicians and patients through a mix of clinical and administrative tasks that help ensure high-quality, efficient care. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys working in a supportive team environment. If you take pride in patient care, enjoy building relationships, and are looking for a clinic where quality of care matters more than rushing from patient to patient, we’d love to meet you. What You'll Do: As a Medical Assistant at Longevity Medical Clinic, you will play a key role in supporting both our physicians and patients.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license in Washington State
- 1–2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Newer Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply! We’re happy to train the right person
- Experience with phlebotomy/blood draws strongly preferred
- Excellent computer and documentation skills
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Performing blood draws, vitals, and lab specimen processing
- Assisting with medication start appointments and patient education
- Preparing test results and documentation for physicians
- Assisting with prescription refill coordination
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
- Managing medication inventory and clinic supplies
- Communicating with patients by phone and in person
- Troubleshooting lab-related issues with partner labs
- Supporting clinic compliance including OSHA standards
