About The Position
Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is hiring a full-time, onsite Certified Medical Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona. The role supports a comfortable and efficient patient experience in a fast-paced, positive, patient-focused environment. The Certified Medical Assistant helps patients dealing with knee pain and contributes to patient satisfaction and quality care by supporting clinic operations and assisting the physician during procedures.
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is required.
- At least two years of medical assistant experience.
- Proficiency with medical software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills for monitoring inventory and preparing medical supplies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact empathetically with patients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the new patient schedule and overall wait times.
- Manage patient check-ins.
- Prepare injection supplies and route patients.
- Collect relevant patient information.
- Proactively assist the physician during procedures by providing necessary supplies.
- Follow sanitation requirements and procedure-room protocols.
- Manage medical inventory and keep the facility stocked and organized.
