This highly visible role requires exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and a refined hospitality IQ. The ideal candidate instinctively knows what “good looks like” and executes at that level—consistently and without direction.
Requirements
- Experience in executive dining, luxury hospitality, or high‑end catering
- Strong service instincts and elevated hospitality standards
- Calm, confident leadership style in high‑visibility environments
- Professional presence and exceptional attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Lead AM catering operations for executive meetings and events
- Deliver polished, white‑glove service with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate executive needs and ensure seamless execution
- Train and lead staff to the highest hospitality and presentation standards
- Partner closely with executive stakeholders and administrative teams
